By using RadWeave you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

• RadWeave provides AI-assisted radiology report generation tools for educational and productivity purposes
• Our service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment
• Reports generated by AI must be reviewed and verified by a qualified radiologist before clinical use

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be 18 or older to use this service

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI system
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not use the service to generate false or misleading medical reports

• RadWeave is a reporting-assistance tool intended to support qualified radiologists. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional radiological judgment.
• You must not enter patient-identifying information — including names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or any other identifiers — into any field. You must de-identify DICOM studies before uploading them.
• Report text and DICOM data you enter are processed by third-party AI services to generate output. By using RadWeave, you consent to this processing.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data you enter, and for complying with all applicable patient-privacy and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
• RadWeave is provided "as is" during beta. All generated output must be reviewed and verified by a qualified radiologist before any clinical use.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact contact@radweave.ai
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may cancel your account at any time

• RadWeave is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
